T-Shirt Policy

Event T-shirts are included with registration.

• Registrations received by April 1 are guaranteed an event T-shirt.
• Registrations received after April 1 may receive a T-shirt while supplies last, distributed first come, first served at check-in. Shirt sizes are not guaranteed.
• Race-day walk-up registrations follow the same while-supplies-last policy.

Spectators:
A limited number of event T-shirts may be available for purchase by spectators after the race begins, while supplies last.

WAIVER & RELEASE

I understand that participation in a fun run/walk is a potentially hazardous activity. I certify that I am medically able to participate and assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, traffic, weather conditions, and the condition of the course.

In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Sylvan Hills Christian Service Camp, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, Bald Eagle State Park / DCNR, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and all associated parties from any and all claims or liabilities of any kind arising from my participation, even if caused by negligence.

I grant permission for emergency medical treatment if necessary and allow the use of my name and/or likeness in event photos or video for promotional purposes.
