About Sylvan Hills Christian Service Camp

Sylvan Hills Christian Service Camp, located in Howard, Pennsylvania, serves children, youth, and families from Centre, Clinton, and Lycoming Counties and beyond. Each summer, approximately 300 campers attend seven weeks of Christ-centered camp where they grow in their relationship with Christ, develop servant hearts, and build lasting friendships. Our mission is to provide a setting where individuals can experience the love of Christ through worship, biblical teaching, outdoor adventure, and service. Through faithful support from churches, volunteers, and community partners, Sylvan Hills continues to be a place where lives are shaped for Christ.

About the Event

The Finish the Race – 5K Fun Run & Walk is a community event rooted in 2 Timothy 4:7: “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” This event is a ministry outreach and fundraiser supporting the ongoing programs of Sylvan Hills Christian Service Camp. Proceeds directly support summer camp ministry and retreats.
