The year of 2020 has been a testament to the blessings Sylvan Hills continues to receive, not only from God, but from our volunteers and community. While it was unfortunate that we could not have in-person camp programs, we took adversity head-on to have a successful virtual camp season that reached not only our campers, but parents, friends and many more! We want to give a huge shoutout to our deans and staff for their willingness to take on the challenge of turning their weeks into virtual content and our technology crew (Ryan & Ben) for the tremendous hours they put into editing and uploading each video. While our virtual summer camp programs may be over our summer season is still not done! Sylvan Hills will be hosting a Special Needs picnic for all ages on August 15th, 11 am-2:30pm EST. Join use for worship, food & fun as we move into our first in-person gathering on campus. You can register your child HERE.
Sylvan Hills is looking for gracious volunteers to help prepare our facilities for our upcoming Fall & Winter retreats! We will be hosting camp workdays onAugust 22nd & 29th from 8am – 12 pm EST. There is a wide range of projects for all ages and skill level so invite your friends and family for a day of service to continue to reach our community & the furtherance of God’s Kingdom. If it couldn’t get any better, pizza will be served for lunch each day! Come get your hands dirty or just hangout, the more the merrier!
